Delivery Policy

At Establo, all orders will be delivered to customers 3-4 months after the day of order has been placed and full payment settled. In very few cases such as postal strikes and alike, however, the delivery may take up to 5 months from the date of order placement. If after the 3 months period you do not receive your products then you need to contact our team and we will chase your delivery. Order deliveries will be made by third party logistics companies approved by us usually between 12noon-8pm (once a week). We will make every effort to deliver within the time-slot stated in your order, but we will not be liable for any possible loss caused by late delivery.

Free Delivery

Upon $10,000 or above items purchased, free delivery will be provided. The required amount should be the net total amount after discount and excluding display items. Free delivery does not include staircases charge, special toll charges, car park fee and assembly fee. Prior notification should be given to our team during order placement. All claims for shortages or damages in transit must be reported to our team within 24 hours of delivery. We will not entertain any such claims after this period.

Delivery Charges:

Shipping charges for a new order from our suppliers to Hong Kong warehouse is Free of Charge. If client who spend below minimum spending requests delivery service, extra delivery fee will be quoted subjected to the product(s) size. The delivery fee should be settled when order placement.

Delivery Condition:

Customer have to confirm that the items can be fit into the lift of the delivery address and there is parking space at the building. Extra charges will be quoted and charged by the third party delivery company. If delivery cannot take place, the items will be send back to establo warehouse and there will be charges for redelivery. Seven days free storage will be offered and rental will be charged for the items after the period. No refund or return will be accepted if the item cannot be delivered.

Delivery Items

Our delivery service (free and paid) does not apply to *breakables, plants, display and discount items. Those items will not be counted as into the required amount of spending for free delivery service.

FREE Assembling

We will provide free basic installation for New Territories, Kowloon and Hong Kong Island exclude Outlying islands and Ma Wan. You must provide a safe working environment for the worker. Complex installation will be charge according to the product complexity which subject to the its structure, please ask our shop assistant about the detail. We will not provide assembling or installation on lightings, mirrors, accessories, Muuto Stacked shelves. Any other special arrangement prior order placement, kindly notify our shop assistant prior the transaction.

Delivery Destination

We will deliver the ordered products to the address you provided when order placement. Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We will not take responsible for items which go missing or are delayed due to inaccurate or incomplete delivery address information. Once products are dispatched to the third party logistics company, we have no direct control over the delivery of your products.

Delivery Reschedule

If you would like to reschedule delivery or have any special requests, please contact our team or email us at at least 2 days before the scheduled delivery date. Our team will confirm the request by email or call as soon as possible. Please prepare your order number stated on invoice before calling us and we will do our best to help you with your query. $200 administration fee will be charged for delivery order re-scheduling made on one day before the delivery date or due to no one being at home to receive the order.

Remote Areas

Remote areas refer to all outlaying islands and Ma Wan. Extra delivery service charge will be quoted by third party logistics companies. Kindly ask our team for quotation prior transaction. For further details on delivery surcharge, please contact our team.

Weather Condition

The deliveries will be suspended under bad weather conditions, such as rain with thunderstorm, when typhoon signal No.8 is hoisted, a black rainstorm warning is in effect or when ships are suspended, serious flooding occurs or roads are blocked or closed due to weather factor. Delivery appointment will be re-arranged at no additional charge.
