Return policy

Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority. If the product(s) arrive in damaged condition, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you to return your purchase.

Order Items

Order items refer to the item that is not in stock and required order from our suppliers. Customer have responsibility to check if the items listed on the invoice is correct. No return or refund will be accepted if the delivered items are the same as stated on the invoice or quotation.

Pictures from internet and catalogs are for reference only, no return or refund will be accepted if there is difference on the colors and shape if the items is the same as stated in words.

Return Procedure

If you find any damages on ordered items, please notify us within 24 hours after receiving the items unless prior agreed. If no claim is received within the time, the product is assumed to be in good condition and no claim will be accepted afterwards. To process the claim, clear picture must be sent to our staff by email together with the copy of the receipt. Preliminary decision will be given within 7 working days after the written reply on the receipt of claim.

If you purchased your product(s) from anywhere other than Establo, we cannot accept returns for products purchased. We will not accept without prior notification. Replacement or refund will be made if the items are proofed to be damaged during the delivery.

Non-refundable Items

We regret that we cannot accept returns or refund unless the items are defective, damaged during the delivery made by us.

Cancellations

Cancellation on order item is accepted only when the order have not be placed with our supplier. 5% of the invoice amount will be charged as handling charge. If you decide to cancel your order, you must call our shop assistant immediately.
