Marks a target, making them more susceptible to being Frozen. When the marked target dies, a cold nava errupts from their corpse. This nova does not use your weapon damage, and instead uses its own base attack damage.

• Limit 1 Marked Target
• Mark duration is 8 seconds
• Hits against marked enemy cause 28% more Freeze Buildup
