PoE Tinctures Added to the Core Game 3.25 – Path of Exile

Tinctures Added to the Core Game 3.25

  • Tinctures have been added to the core game, with adjusted mechanics. You can place a Tincture in one of your Belt slots instead of a Flask. While a Tincture is active it grants you a powerful buff to your melee attacks, but inflicts Mana Burn on you, draining your mana at an increasing rate the longer the Tincture has been active. The Tincture can be manually deactivated, or will automatically deactivate when you run out of mana.
  • You can inherently only have one Tincture active at a time. Tinctures also have a cooldown, so once you have deactivated one, no Tincture can be activated for a time. Like Flasks, Tinctures can be Magic or Unique but not Rare.
  • NPCs in towns may now have Tinctures available to purchase.
  • Added a new Bloodsoaked Blade Keystone Passive Skill to the south-east of the Duelist’s starting location. Bloodsoaked Blade causes Tinctures to inflict Weeping Wounds instead of Mana Burn, draining your life instead of your mana.
  • A new Nature’s Concoction cluster has been added to the south of the Ranger’s starting location. Nature’s Concoction provides "Flasks adjacent to applied Tincture gain 2 charges when you Hit an Enemy with a Weapon, no more than once every second".
  • A new Perfected Formula cluster has been added to the south-east of the Ranger’s starting location. Perfected Formula provides 15% chance for Tincture to not inflict Mana Burn and causes Tinctures applied to you to have 10% reduced Mana Burn rate.
  • A new Practised Reapplication cluster has been added to the east of the Ranger’s starting location. Practised Reapplication provides 25% increased Tincture Cooldown Recovery Rate.
  • A new Colloidal Mixture cluster has been added to the north-east of the Ranger’s starting location. Colloidal Mixture causes Tinctures applied to you to have 15% increased Effect, and 15% increased Effect if you’ve used a Life Flask Recently.
  • A new Burst of Energy cluster has been added to the north-east of the Ranger’s starting location. Burst of Energy causes you to Recover 15% of Mana when you activate a Tincture.
  • Added a set of Tincture Passive Masteries:
  • The first 6 stacks of Mana Burn applied to you have no effect
  • 30% increased Evasion Rating while you have an active Tincture
  • 1% increased Flask Charges gained per Mana Burn on you
  • Flasks adjacent to applied Tincture have 10% increased Effect when used if you’ve Hit an enemy with a Weapon Recently
  • Tinctures deactivate when you have 12 or more Mana Burn

AI Guides

This is a message for players who like to fight up close in Path of Exile (PoE). There’s a new way to boost your melee attacks – Tinctures!

Tinctures Like Flasks: These are special drinks you can carry on your belt, just like health or mana flasks. But instead of healing you, they give your melee attacks a big bonus for a short time.

Mana Burn: There’s a catch though! Using a Tincture burns your mana, the longer you use it, the faster it burns. You can turn it off early, or it will run out when your mana is gone.

Only One at a Time: You can only have one Tincture active at a time, and there’s a short wait before you can use another one after turning one off.

New Skill Points: There are new groups of skill points on the skill tree that can make Tinctures even better. These points can help you avoid the mana burn, make the Tincture last longer, or even boost the effects of your flasks when you use a Tincture!

Life Instead of Mana: There’s also a special skill point that makes Tinctures use your life instead of your mana, so you can choose which one you want to lose.

Where to Get Tinctures: You can buy Tinctures from special sellers in towns, just like you buy other potions.

Get Ready to Brawl! We hope you enjoy the new update and have fun using Tinctures to crush your enemies in close combat!
