The Divination Scarab of Plenty now causes an area to contain 3 additional Packs of Divination Touched Magic Monsters that have 1000% increased chance to drop Divination Cards (previously 800%). These additional packs now display "Divination Touched" underneath their health bar, to distinguish them from other Monsters.
The Titanic Scarab of Legend now has a limit of 1 (previously 2, though only one would have applied).
Ambush Scarab now has Area contains 3 additional Strongboxes (previously 5).
Beyond Scarab of Haemophilia now has Beyond Portals in Area have 50% increased Merging Radius (previously 30%).
Apparition Shrine Buffs from the Domination Scarab of Apparitions now have a significantly lower chance for players to drop Influenced Items.
Breach Scarab of Resonant Cascades now grants Breach Monsters 50% more increased Reward for each Breach already opened.
Breach Scarab of Snares now has Breaches in Area have 3 to 5 additional Clasped Hands (previously 5 to 10) This change does not apply to Ruthless.
Cartography Scarab of Risk now has Area has 2 additional random Modifiers (previously 1 additional).
Divination Scarab of Plenty now has Area contains 6 to 10 additional Packs of Divination Touched Magic Monsters (previously 3).
Evolving Shrine Buffs from the Domination Scarab of Evolution now have double the chance to evolve defeated monsters.
Expedition Scarab of Verisium Powder has Expedition Encounters in Area have 50% increased number of Explosives (previously 20%).
Obelisks from the Harbinger Scarab of Obelisks now drop 66% more Currency Shards on average.
The Scarab of Monstrous Lineage now has a limit of 2 (previously 1).
Ritual Scarab of Wisps now has Wildwood Wisps grant 100% increased Tribute Gained to nearby Players (previously 70%).
Titanic Scarab now has Unique Monsters have 1% increased Toughness, Damage, Rarity and Quantity of items dropped per 1% increased Pack Size of Area (previously 2% increased Toughness, Damage, Rarity and Quantity of items dropped).
Titanic Scarab of Treasures now has Unique Monsters in Area have an additional Reward (previously 2 additional rewards).
The Horned Scarab of Awakening Imbued Crafting Options have also been adjusted:
Ambush: 300% increased chance for Strongboxes in Area to be Unique (previously 100%).
Breach: Area contains 3 additional Breaches (previously 2).
Delirium: Delirium Monsters in Area have 80% increased Pack Size.
Harbinger: Harbingers have a 40% chance to be replaced by a powerful Harbinger boss (previously 25%).
Ritual: 500% increased chance of Ritual Altars with special Rewards (previously 150%).
Torment: Area is haunted by 15 additional Tormented Spirits (previously 8).
The drop chance of Orbs of Regret has been lowered. This chance has been distributed across the other Currency Items that can drop.
Weapons and Armour with multiple Attribute Requirements now have a lower chance to roll Attribute modifiers.
Life and Mana Leech Modifiers on Equipment Items and Jewels now roll as Suffixes instead of Prefixes. This does not affect items with existing Prefix Leech Modifiers.
Sceptres, Staves, Rune Daggers and Wands now roll Attack Modifiers less often (Warstaves and Attack Daggers are unaffected by this change).
Staves now roll a higher tier of increased Mana Regeneration Rate, scaling up to 105% at the highest tier.
Crafting Bench modifiers for increased Mana Regeneration Rate have also been updated to be higher on Two Hand Weapons.
Resistance Modifiers can no longer roll or be crafted on Weapons.
Synthesised Implicit Resistance Modifiers no longer roll on Weapons.
Increased the values on Life granted per Enemy Hit Weapon Modifiers, and added 4 more tiers which scale into Endgame. Reduced weightings of these Modifiers so the chance to see a Modifier of that type is unchanged. The highest tier Modifier grants up to 30 Life per Enemy Hit.
Increased the values on Life granted per Enemy Killed Weapon, Jewellery, Gloves and Quivers Modifiers, and added 3 more tiers which scale into Endgame. Reduced weightings of these Modifiers so the chance to see a Modifier of that type is unchanged. The highest tier Modifier grants up to 110 Life per Enemy Killed.
Increased the values on Mana granted per Enemy Killed Weapon, Jewellery, Gloves and Quiver Modifiers, and added 3 more tiers which scale into Endgame. Reduced weightings of these Modifiers so the chance to see a Modifier of that type is unchanged. The highest tier Modifier grants up to 50 Mana per Enemy Killed.
The chance to Ignite, chance to Freeze, and chance to Shock Modifiers on Staves, Sceptres, and Wands have had the values they provide increased. They now have up to 55% chance on Staves, and 40% chance on Sceptres and Wands.
The Redeemer's prefix modifier on Influenced Helmets for Physical Damage Taken as Cold Damage no longer has higher than expected values (compared to the Fire and Lightning equivalents on other Helmet Base Types), which also resulted in the Elevated version having lower than expected values.
The Veiled and Crafting Bench Modifiers that granted Area of Effect and Area Damage, Projectile Speed and Projectile Damage, and Melee Damage and Melee Strike Range can now roll on Gloves instead of Amulets. Existing items are unaffected.
The Veiled and Crafting Bench Modifiers that granted Area of Effect and Level of Socketed Area Gems, Projectile Pierce and Level of Socketed Projectile Gems, and Melee Strike Range and Level of Socketed Melee Gems can no longer roll on Gloves (though are still able to roll on Helmets). Existing items are unaffected.
The Hybrid Added Elemental Damage Veiled and Crafting Bench Modifiers can now roll on Amulets (in addition to Rings, Shields and Quivers).
The "Item drops on Death if Equipped by an Animated Guardian" Crafting Option has been removed. This modifier on existing items is no longer functional.
