Kvadrat | FEBRIK Friday

We were delighted to join Kvadrat last Friday for a workshop with Jos Pelders, founder and CEO of FEBRIK, to know more about this brand that newly comes under the Kvadrat group! Specializing in knitted textiles, Jos has shared his expertise and shown us noticeable designer collaborations with FEBRIK so far, including &tradition’s Isole Sofa as well as projects led by Patricia Urquiola.

Kvadrat’s textiles are widely applied in many upholstered Scandinavian furniture and you can always find these as options within Establo’s product range. Thank you Kvadrat for the invitation and we can’t wait to see more new textiles collection coming up in April’s Salone del Mobile Milano fair!

上周五我們參與了著名布藝品牌 Kvadrat 的工作坊，認識一下他們旗下新系列 FEBRIK 的相關資訊。FEBRIK 創辦人兼行政總裁 Jos Pelders 於席間分享了品牌發展的歷程與其專長的針織布藝技術，同時亦展示不少與家具設計品牌及設計師聯乘的作品，當中不乏我們熟悉的 &tradition 所推出的 Isole 梳化，以及由設計名師 Patricia Urquiola 主導的多個專案。

Kvadrat 布料系列多元，質地組合別具特色，因而被廣泛應用在北歐家具作面料覆蓋之用－這固然並不難於 Establo 的產品中選擇它們作為配搭的布藝用料。謝謝 Kvadrat 是次邀請，期待於四月的米蘭設計展看到更多新發表的布藝系列！
