常見繆誤之一：付款便立即製作運送

我們均會詢問你需要的到貨日期或裝修完成日期，配合船期及送抵時間，再作訂貨安排；一般自行選材的製作時間需兩個月或以上，算上運輸也就是3.5至4個月。

雖說我們會盡量幫您湊到恰好，但正是因訂單拖延一天，便有機會趕不上船運，運送時間可延長數月至半年；若訂單較為趕急，除了較快的(ready-to-ship)預設款式外，會建議使用額外的飛機運輸來縮短運送時間；

所以我們向建議大家預留足夠時間，半年前提早預訂以防萬一。也建議先悄悄耐心等待傢俬的到來，當一切準備就緒再邀請親朋一同慶祝。

Myths 1. Production starts right after your payment

We always ask for your expected arrival date or construction schedule in advance to arrange and place orders based on shipment availability and arrival time.

Generally speaking, lead time takes 3.5 - 4 months in total, including 2+ months of production, international shipping and delivery on us. Order placement on time will align with the right shipment schedule. A day later can lengthen the whole process for months or even half a year.

If you are in a hurry, ready-to-ship designs will probably be the only choice. You might consider flight delivery at extra cost as well. All in all, half a year earlier is the best timing to order furnishing internationally. We know it's super excited to have your own place. But play safe, house warming is highly recommended to schedule after everything is settled.

常見繆誤之二：明明網店落單已經有電郵，點解仲要有文件要簽？

所有預訂傢俬等候時間較長，為了防止人為出錯，同事只會根據已簽署的銷售確認書(Sales Confirmation 簡稱SC)及已確定的全款來落訂，確保雙方清楚知道家品的布料/物料/顏色/尺寸、品牌/款式/型號、到貨時間以及所有條款細則，再配合你想要收到的日期來落訂。

我們沒有先進的系統或專門負責IT的部門將所有細節自動更新，每一樣在網站見到的 - 文字、顏色大小選項、價錢、搭配、相片的像素大小等，超過2000件商品的variants都是由同事人手逐一輸入，亦包括SC及網站的日常維護運作。

萬一要後續跟進，我們與品牌溝通都需要你提供購買證明及批次型號款式等的詳細資料，SC是最後最後的確定及保障，請務必好好細閱才簽上大名。
