Pre-order items are estimated to take 14 -18 weeks at arrival of Hong Kong warehouse, extra 2 - 4 weeks are expected with year end vacations in Europe and might also take extra 8 - 10 weeks due to port congestion and supply chain issue. Delivery schedule will be arranged and confirmed by email/ call, once details are available from our forwarder partners.
Our logistic team schedule is often packed, there are usually around 3 - 4 orders on the same day. Please make sure there are persons available at the provided address throughout the arranged period e.g. 14:00 - 18:00 on August XX 2022. Please also kindly take others into account, rearrangements are only accepted a week in advanced. Noted that reschedule could take up to month and additional warehouse fee might apply.
We offer free delivery for all orders over $800 in Hong Kong. Your order will be shipped by S.F. Express delivery service/ in house logistic team in Hong Kong. (Surcharge are applied to
