Pre-Order

Due to global supply chain and shipping disruption, pre-order lead time is expected to take extra 8 - 10 weeks than usual.

Please note that pre-order items are estimated to take 14 -18 weeks to arrive at the Hong Kong warehouse. Delivery schedule will be arranged and confirmed by email/ call, once details are available from our forwarder partners.

Our logistic team schedule is often packed, there are usually around 3 - 4 orders on the same day. Please make sure there are persons available at the provided address throughout the arranged period e.g. 14:00 - 18:00 on August XX 2021. Please also kindly take others into account, rearrangements are only accepted a week in advance. Note that rescheduling could take up to a month and additional warehouse fee might apply.
