請於結帳後兩星期內取貨，並提前致電我們預約，存倉費用將由結帳後第三星期開始計算。
減價貨品將不能更換、退款或取消訂單，請於結賬前whatsapp 94067013清晰了解貨品整體狀態。部份減價貨品不包括送貨，請參看貨品簡介列明。受條款及細則約束，Establo International Group Limited保留最終決定權。
Delivery is included for orders over HKD$800.
Stock items are ready to be delivered within 3 - 5 business days after receiving manual confirmation. Delivery of large items (e.g. sofa/ chair/ table and etc) will be arranged according to Establo's logistics schedule.
If self-pick up is preferred, please be reminded to pick up your order within 2 weeks from day of purchase and call us for making prior appointment at 35655207. Warehouse surcharges will be applied after 2 weeks of purchase accordingly.
Markdown/ exdisplay items are no exchange/ cancellation and non-refundable. Please contact us at Whatsapp 9406 7013 to check the condition before purchase. Delivery are not included for some items. Please refer to product description.
