Contact us by email with your interested products, delivery address and expected arrival time to fasten the process of calculation and quotation. Self pick-up at our Hong Kong showroom can be selected during check out.
Delivery
- Delivery fee is separated. Contact Establo for exact quotation by providing selected products, your address and expected arrival date.
Self Pick-up
- After receiving manual email confirmation, you may pick up your products at our showroom with an appointment.
- Note that on sale, outlet, clearance items have to be pick-up within two weeks from order placed, warehouse surcharge applies from the first day of the third week of purchases.

Delivery Lead Time
- For product held in stock, your order will be normally dispatched within 5-7 working days after your order has been processed and confirmed manually.
- For pre-order item, order lead time will dictate the time of delivery. Estimated delivery time will be quoted in a separate confirmation email after your order has been sent and processed at brand suppliers. In case of any delay due to world-wide shipping and uncontrollable conditions, latest status of your pre-order items will be noticed through email. Please contact us at inquire@establo.hk in case of any problem.
- Delivery date is only an estimated date for pre-order items, Establo is not liable for any claims raised from delay in delivery due to strikes, accidents, unavailability of materials or events beyond the reasonable control of Establo International Group Limited.
- For that fragile or large sized furniture, you can choose our In-house Logistic Delivery which is charged at base of HKD500 for each/ each piece of delivery. Exact charges to be confirmed.
- Order delivery will be arranged usually between 12 noon - 8pm (approximately once a week). We will make every effort to deliver your order within the time-slot stated, but we will not be liable for any possible loss or damage caused by late delivery.
- The delivery charge does not include any staircases charge, special toll charges, car park fee and assembly fee. Prior notification should be given to our team during order placement. All claims for shortages or damages in transit must be reported to our team within 24 hours of delivery. Any claim will not be entertained after the above stated period.
- Orders will be delivered to the address provided when you placed your order. Please make sure an accurate delivery address is given in advanced. Additional charge may apply to changing address. Establo does not take any responsibility for items which gone missing or delayed due to inaccurate or incomplete address information. Once products are dispatched to the third party logistics company, Establo has no direct control over the delivery of your products. Tracking number will be provided for your reference.
- Establo will not be liable if the ordered items are unable to deliver due to any obstacle(s).
Weather Condition
- Delivery service may be delayed in the event of bad weather, traffic and/or uncontrollable conditions. Delivery service will be suspended during red or black rainstorm warning, or the hoisting of typhoon signal no. 8 or above, and delivery appointment will be re-arranged at no additional charge.
Assembly and Installation
- Assembly of furnishings (e.g. cabinet, table, chair, etc) is included, please inform our team when confirming delivery schedule with our in-house logistics team..
- Installation is only applicable to selected lighting, custom-made wardrobe and bed within the solution packages. Please refer to Interior Styling for detailed procedure. Due to safety concerns, Establo does not provide any installation in any orders, e.g. lighting or cabinet to be mounted on the wall. Please arrange your own contractor or ask for our suggestion with a surcharge to be applied.
