We take pride in the quality of designs we sell. If the product(s) arrive in damaged condition, please make sure you follow the below guidelines.
Refund & Cancellation
Under normal circumstances, no refund or cancellation will be accepted after the order has been submitted. Establo do not take responsibility for any uncontrollable delays or "change of mind/ careless mistake" without valid reasons, please take all the above conditions into account before making order.
If your request is approved, refund will be made in the form of store credit note. Any problems, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Return & Exchange
If you find any damages or technical defect on your order(s), please notify us within 24 hours in receiving the order. If no claim is received within the time stated, the order is assumed to be received and accepted in a good condition. No claim will then be accepted afterwards unless prior agreement.
A request for exchange is allowed within 24 hours of delivery for products under the below stated circumstances:
- Damaged at the time of delivery or incorrectly shipped
- Must return in a new, unused and saleable condition with original package
Any requests for return or exchange of purchases outside Establo are not accepted.
Please note that the product photos are only for reference, colours may vary due to resolution. Any request for exchange in terms of personal preferences are not accepted. Establo reserves the right to decline the customer’s request to return or exchange any merchandise.
Return & Exchange Procedure
Establo does not accept any return unless the items are proofed to be defected or damaged during delivery. To fasten the procedure, clear picture with video depicted defected area(s) must be sent to our email together with the copy of receipt and order confirmation. Preliminary reply from Establo will be given in 7 working days after receiving all the above stated information under normal circumstances.
- On sale / Discounted merchandise are not eligible for return / exchange
- Customised orders, discontinued items are not eligible for return / exchange
- Previously assembled items are not eligible for return / exchange
