We are responsive to offer wide range of aesthetic and functional furnishings solutions based on your schedule, budget and requirements.
2. ORDER AND CONFIRMATION
Details are confirmed after signing the sales confirmation. Your order will be placed only after full payment is received. Arrival time will be updated once available from forwarders. Other supporting documents for retailer, hospitality and etc are provided by request.
3. DELIVERY AND AFTER-SALE FOLLOW UP
Delivery schedule and on-site setting will be arranged once shipment details are available from forwarders.
Note that:
With regard to the global epidemic crisis, indicated that lead time is subject to change, which shipping and delivery delays are likely and expected to happen due to supply chain and shipment routing disruptions. In some cases, lead time can take up to half a year or even more. Therefore, orders by flight instead of sea shipment and pre-set (i.e. items regularly stocked at brands' warehouses) rather than made-to-order items are recommended for relatively urgent cases e.g. 3 months in total. We do our best to commit the lead time and estimated arrival, but cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the global epidemic effects.
