Hitting a Shocked enemy will Consume the Shock to charge the arrow, causing it to release a damaging, shockwave and split beams towards up to two nearby targets, prioritising ones which are shocked. If the beam hits a Shocked target it will release another damaging shockwave and can continue to Chain.
